"We are so impressed with the Norman shutters provided by Nevada Shutter & Blinds!! Not just the elegant look, but the feel of these shutters is very solid. They feel like wood compared to others, we were quoted, that felt just like plastic. The magnetic clasps make the shutters very easy to open and a cinch to close securely. We opted for the hidden tilt so there is no bar in the center of the louvers and it gives them a very clean look. The other thing that impressed us about the Norman shutter is the option to split the groups of louvers that pivot together. The windows in our formal areas are over 7 feet tall. We were able to include 3 different groups of louvers that tilt together on each shutter panel. This allows for maximum light through the upper louvers and privacy with a different tilt for the lower louver groups. We had quotes from 3 different companies. After the first 2 quotes we were resigned to only putting shutters in our formal areas because of the expense. When we received the quote from Rick at Nevada Shutter & Blinds the price point was so much better that we were able to install shutters on 18 windows instead of 11. Nevada Shutter's install team was also top notch. They arrived on time and did an efficient and clean install. We were so impressed with Nevada Shutter & Blinds we are also updating the remaining 5 windows with blinds." - Brad F.

"Rick was very quick to respond to my inquiry about window covering options for my new home. After reviewing the different options available (shutters, roller shades, cellular shades, etc) I decided to go with cellular shades for all my windows. Rick had multiple sample books of cellular shade options and was very patient as he helped me narrow down my selections and colors. The prices were very reasonable for shades for all 20 windows in my house. The installers arrived at the scheduled time and were very efficient in installing and adjusting my shades. I am very happy with the shades and Rick was great to work with.

"Great customer service ! Rick was very patient with our indecisive family. We had shutters installed throughout the entire home. He threw in a nice cover for the small bathroom window too. The men installing the windows were so quick that I left the room for a minute and came back to see the all of them installed so precisely. After more indecisiveness with the family, we decided to make a shutter door for the French door we had. We gave rick another call and he already had dimensions ready and came in for a quick look to make sure it was right. The guys installed it in less than 5 minutes. What a work of art. "I called and Rick called me right back, I am from California and Rick went over took all the measurements during the construction. He emailed all my options and gave me recommendations. Several days later called him back to place the order. The home was done before our blinds were suppose to be there and he offered to put up temporary blinds until mine came in...Wow now that is service. He always kept me updated on the installation. "I had shutters done in my new-construction home last year and I could not love them more. The service was friendly, fast, and very professional. I have 14 large windows in my home and the wood shutters compliment them beautifully. They were custom sized and manufactured to my fit my windows and then all professionally installed. My home seems very "classy" now. It also has greatly reduced my cooling bill as the shutters are able to block the harsh Vegas sun when you need it to. A few months after my shutters we installed, I went back to NV Shutter & Blinds to have a roller shade put in on my french door to the backyard. It is just beautiful.
